Mavi Shirt Deformation After 3rd Wash and Refund Issue





Dear Customer Service, I previously purchased a shirt from Mavi and submitted a complaint on Xolvie regarding its defect after washing. In response, I was informed that I could exchange the product. However, when I visited the store for the exchange, I did not receive any assistance. I am disappointed with this experience and would like to formally raise a complaint about the lack of support at the store. I expect a resolution to this issue as soon as possible. For reference, here is my initial complaint: Mavi Shirt Deformation After Washing and Refund Issue The shirt I purchased on 16.12.2024 deteriorated after just three washes—twice in a washing machine at 30 degrees and once by hand. The attached photos show its current condition. When I visited Mavi for an inspection with my credit card receipt, I was informed that they could not assist me because the barcode tag on the side was missing. I am dissatisfied with the refusal to inspect a shirt that deteriorated within three months and still bears the Mavi label. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
