I purchased a sweatshirt from Mavi and discovered a colour defect related to the fabric on the back after wearing it. I paid the full price, and at no point did the sales staff or the product label indicate any defects. I’m feeling a bit uncertain about how to move forward with the exchange. I also bought a pair of trousers, but they ended up being too tight when I tried them on at home. During my shopping experience, the sales associate confidently claimed that the trousers would fit perfectly and promised they would stretch with wear. Upon comparing them to my other trousers, I discovered they were indeed one size smaller. I am truly disappointed with the quality of the product and the service I received. I anticipate a just resolution and adequate customer support from Mavi.
