Maserati Grecale Hood Vibration Issue Not Resolved After Service

I sent my Maserati Grecale to the authorized service center in Antalya due to excessive hood vibration. Although I was informed that the issue had been resolved, the problem persists, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. For a luxury brand like Maserati, such ongoing issues are unacceptable, especially when service fails to deliver effective solutions.

This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in the brand. I will not consider purchasing another Maserati in the future unless this problem is permanently resolved. I demand an immediate re-evaluation and proper repair of my vehicle to meet the standards expected of a premium brand. Maserati must take responsibility and address this issue promptly.
