Marks & Spencer Sweatshirt Pilled After First Wash – Requesting Refund

11

I purchased a sweatshirt from Marks & Spencer, and despite following the washing instructions carefully, it started pilling after the very first wash. I took it back to the store to report the issue, but after inspection, they claimed it wasn’t a production defect or a washing error.

This is disappointing, as I expect better quality from Marks & Spencer. I’ve never experienced this with products from other stores. I don’t accept this outcome and request a full refund, as this has damaged my trust in the brand’s quality.
