Nike Tech Sweatpants Pilled and Damaged After One Wear, Refund Denied Twice

I purchased a pair of Nike Tech sweatpants, wore them just once, and noticed they began to pill and the drawstring unraveled. They were not washed or exposed to harsh surfaces, and I was very careful while wearing them. I returned the item to the store, where it was sent for inspection twice. Both times, my claim was rejected.

For such an expensive product, I expected much better quality and customer service. Instead, my sweatpants are now unusable, and my concerns have been completely disregarded. I am requesting Nike to reassess the situation, provide a resolution, and honor their commitment to quality. A refund or replacement is the least they can do.
