Marks & Spencer Refuses to Accept Faulty Red Hat for Return

Hello, I have repeatedly sent my red hat from Marks & Spencer in for inspection, yet each time, my request has been denied with the claim that the defect is not due to a manufacturing issue. I cannot understand why you refuse to acknowledge that this is a production fault and why a return for a clearly defective item isn’t being accepted. For a reputable brand like Marks & Spencer, this is truly disappointing. I am requesting that you address this matter fairly and accept the return for this faulty product. Please resolve this issue promptly and stand by the quality and service I expect from your brand.
