M&S Refused Product Claim Despite Severe Pilling After Normal Use

14

The trousers I purchased on October 29 from the Marks & Spencer store in Bakırköy Capacity, Istanbul began to pill heavily in less than two weeks of normal use. Experiencing this level of fabric deterioration in such a short time clearly indicates a serious issue with the material quality.

I took the product back to the store for inspection. However, I received a negative response to my product inspection request (ID: uı000011162), stating: “Your product has not been approved as no manufacturing defect was found.” This response does not in any way address the obvious fabric pilling and rapid wear I experienced.

I request that Marks & Spencer re-evaluate the inspection decision for my trousers and provide a replacement. I chose this brand for its quality, and I expect a customer-oriented approach that will resolve this issue.
