I recently made a purchase of coats from Mango, but unfortunately, the items have yet to be delivered even after several weeks have passed. I fear that I may have to wait until summer for the items to arrive. This delay has caused significant inconvenience as well as financial loss, as I have paid a total of 3600₺ for these coats and neither have I received the products nor have I been provided with a tracking number. To make matters worse attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful as the phone goes unanswered and emails remain unresponded.
I am extremely frustrated by the poor communication and lack of accountability on the part of Mango. It's unacceptable that a company would leave its customers in such a state of uncertainty and dissatisfaction. I am considering taking legal action, but I hope it won't be necessary. This is not the first time that I've seen similar situations and I can't help but question if this is a systematic issue. How many customers have to face such a situation before the company takes responsibility for its actions?
