Mango Delivery Delay and Lack of Customer Service, No Tracking Information

The delivery time for the product was significantly delayed and I have yet to receive my shipment. Despite being told that the delivery would be arriving soon, I have not been provided with a tracking number and it is impossible to determine the whereabouts of my purchase. The customer service provided by Mango is also unacceptable, as I have been unable to reach anyone through the provided contact channels. My emails to the company's customer service addresses have gone unanswered, and I am left in the dark about the status of my order. I expect a company of this caliber to provide timely delivery and efficient customer service. The fact that I have been left without any information or assistance regarding my purchase is unacceptable, and it undermines the trust I have placed in the Mango brand. I strongly urge Mango to improve their customer service and delivery processes, and to provide transparent and accurate information to customers. I hope that this issue will be resolved soon, and that the company will take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.
