Unable to Reach Mango Customer Service for Delayed Jacket Delivery

I purchased a jacket from Mango on January 4th, 2023 and to my disappointment, it has not been delivered yet. It is now January 21st and I have been unable to reach customer service to inquire about the status of my shipment. I am extremely frustrated that I am unable to get in touch with customer service from a company like Mango. The delay in product delivery is causing a lot of inconvenience and disappointment for me as a customer. I sincerely hope that Mango will take immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that my jacket is delivered to me as soon as possible. Additionally, I hope that Mango will improve their customer service and make sure that it is easy for customers to reach them in case of any issues or concerns.
