My Mango Order Is Delayed Over 10 Days and I Can’t Cancel It

On May 10, I placed an order with Mango—order number ek5k6x. While part of my order arrived, the second package still hasn’t been delivered, and it’s now been over 10 days. The shipping delay has been excessive, and I no longer need the item due to how long it's taken.

I attempted to cancel the order through Mango’s system, but there’s no option to do so. Since the item hasn’t been delivered and the delay is not my fault, I won’t be accepting it when it finally arrives.

Mango, I request that this delivery be canceled immediately, and the order be removed from my account. Stop forcing customers to wait for overdue packages they can’t even cancel. I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
