Mango Customer Service Gave No Solution for My Delayed Order Shipment

On September 29, I placed an order from Mango’s online store with the order number ERM4KC, totaling $267. However, despite the time that has passed, my order has still not been shipped. The delivery address for my order is in Istanbul.

When I contacted Mango customer service, I was told, “We’re trying to ship your products from the warehouse,” but no actual solution or progress was provided, and my inconvenience continues. I’ve experienced a delivery delay with Mango once before, but that time, I was informed in advance and understood the situation. This time, however, I received no communication or update at all.

I request that my order be shipped and delivered immediately and that Mango improve its communication regarding order delays to prevent further frustration for customers.
