I Face Refund Delay and Can’t Cancel My Mango Orders erltxb and erıts3
On September 27 and 29, 2025, I placed two separate orders on Mango’s official website, with order numbers erltxb and erıts3. It has now been around 20 days, yet neither order has been shipped, and I’m unable to cancel them through the system.
I contacted Mango customer service twice regarding this issue. After my first inquiry, I received an email stating that my cancellation request was denied. Following my second contact, I received no response at all.
The total amount of my orders is approximately $1,403, which I paid via credit card. At this point, I’ve neither received my products nor been refunded for my payment. The delivery address for both orders is in Kocaeli.
I request that both of my orders be canceled immediately and that the full refund be issued to my credit card without further delay.
