Mango Sports Sneakers on Sale Have Delivery Issues
I bought some sports sneakers on sale from Mango on November 21, 2023. It's been nearly a month, but my shoes still haven't shown up. When I called customer support, they told me that the product was sent from the warehouse, but because of problems with the delivery service, my package got lost. They said that if they find the item and send it, I should receive it in 10 days. But when I called the delivery service, they told me they didn't have any information about that delivery and that they process incoming items right away. Can you please help me out and fix this problem? It's causing me a lot of inconvenience. Also, why should I go back to paying the regular price of 1700 ₺ for the same item after I already paid for it at a discounted price? Why bother giving discounts if there's a problem like that? I'm not happy with this.
