Mango Says My Order Was Delivered But Store Can’t Find the Item
On October 9, I ordered a pair of shoes (code: 17024118) from Mango’s online store, choosing delivery to the Cevahir Mall store. Although the system shows that the order has been delivered to the store, the store staff cannot locate the item and claim they never received it. I called customer service, but they also insisted that the item appears as delivered to me, which is delaying the resolution.
I personally visited the store and spoke with customer service multiple times, but no one provided a clear solution. Store employees mentioned that there have been ongoing issues with online deliveries recently, which might explain the situation. It’s now been a week, and my product is still missing, while I’m being bounced back and forth between the store and customer support.
Even though they mentioned that a refund might be issued eventually, I don’t want to wait any longer. My order number is ERY5FT, and I demand that my item be located and delivered immediately, or that my payment be refunded right away.
On October 5th, I purchased a scarf from Mango’s online store with the order number ERY5FS. Despite 35 days having passed, my product still has not been shipped. During this period, I contacted customer service multiple times, but I was constantly brushed off and no clear solution was offered. I paid 373 TL for my order and I request that my product be sent to me as soon as possible. I urgently ask for my grievance to be resolved.
