Mango Order Cancellation with No Explanation

I placed an order for a coat on the Mango website on March 4, 2023, using the order number DHG97M. On March 8, 2023, the app indicated that the order was ready for shipment. I could see the person who was delivering the package with my own eyes. Later that evening, however, when I checked the app, it informed me that my order had been canceled and a refund would be issued. How is it possible for this to occur when an invoice carrying my name has already been issued? On multiple occasions, I have attempted to contact Mango, but he has not responded to any of my inquiries. A company with as much credibility as Mango should never behave in such an unacceptable manner.
