I purchased a coat from the Mango on February 4, 2023, and it has been in the cargo for weeks with no updates on its delivery. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up on the situation, I receive generic responses from their customer service team stating that I will receive my order as soon as possible. However, it is now March 10, 2023, and I am still left without my coat. As the winter season is coming to an end, it is unacceptable that I have been waiting for over a month for my order to be delivered.
