I am writing regarding the Consumer Arbitration Committee decision numbered 151520250001686 and the ongoing dispute with Dyson Turkey concerning my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner. For approximately 1.5 years, I have been facing the same unresolved issue, which has now escalated into a serious legal matter. I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute through the official Dyson Turkey website. During the warranty period, due to recurring defects, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee multiple times. Following expert examinations, the Committee consistently determined that the product was defective and issued binding replacement decisions, including the finalized decision dated 17.11.2025. In every application, the conclusion was the same: the product was defective and required replacement. Despite these finalized and legally binding decisions, Dyson Turkey has failed to comply. Instead of providing a lawful replacement, Dyson Turkey repeatedly sent refurbished and previously used devices prepared at its own service centers. These units were not factory-sealed; their accessories were used and dusty, and it was clear that they were second-hand products presented as replacements. Each replacement was re-evaluated, and every time it was officially confirmed that the product was defective and that the replacement process was unlawful, in violation of both the Committee’s decisions and Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. Nevertheless, Dyson Turkey persisted in the same practice and refused to provide a lawful and permanent solution. Throughout this process, I contacted Dyson Turkey customer service multiple times by phone and email, yet received no effective support or resolution. My request has been clear and unchanged from the beginning: I demand delivery of a brand-new, unused, factory-sealed Dyson V15, not refurbished, not serviced, and not previously used. Since the original V15 model I purchased is no longer sold in Turkey, I request delivery of the current Dyson V15 model officially sold through Dyson’s channels in Turkey, brand-new and factory-sealed, in full compliance with the Consumer Arbitration Committee decision numbered 151520250001686, without further delay
