I am using a Poco F7 that I purchased from Idefix in Ankara, Turkey, and I have been experiencing a persistent slow Wi‑Fi problem since the day I bought the device. This issue has been ongoing for about 4–5 months and is significantly affecting my daily use. I have also seen that many other Poco F7 users are complaining about the same Wi‑Fi problem, which makes me think this may be a general issue with this model. Despite trying various solutions such as changing routers, adjusting settings, and similar steps, none of these attempts have resolved the slow Wi‑Fi problem on my device. I have not yet contacted customer service, but since this issue appears to be widespread among Poco F7 users, I believe it should be addressed by the brand with a permanent solution. I kindly request that Poco provide a software update that fixes the slow Wi‑Fi problem on the Poco F7 as soon as possible so that other users can use our devices with normal Wi‑Fi performance again.
