In 2024, I purchased a navy blue velvet jacket from Mango’s online store (Order No: dtpax7). I wore the jacket only once or twice a week, always with very limited sun exposure. When I first bought it, it was in perfect condition and quickly became one of my favorite pieces. However, during the 2024 winter season, I noticed significant color fading on the fabric, which has progressively worsened over time.
After encountering this issue, I contacted Mango customer service. They asked me to send photos of the product, which I did. However, they later responded that the color fading was due to user error, and therefore, no action could be taken. They also mentioned that the exchange period had expired.
I find it unacceptable that such noticeable fading occurred in less than one season on a barely used jacket. This clearly shows that the product does not meet Mango’s quality standards. I therefore request a full refund for the item.
