Kiss Kiss PC Login Error Blocks Old Account Access

I have been playing the Kiss Kiss game for many years, but for about one week, I have been unable to log in from my computer. When I click to enter the game, instead of my own account, I am redirected as if it were a brand-new game with a new account, and I cannot access my 13-year-old account on my computer in any way. However, I can log in to the same account on my phone without any issues, so my account is active and usable.

I experienced a similar issue before and managed to fix it on my own at that time. Now I am facing the same problem again, but I no longer know what to do technically. I do not want to lose this account that I have invested years of effort and time into.

I request that the Kiss Kiss game support team fix this misdirection/login error when accessing the game from a computer and restore my ability to log in to my 13-year-old account from my computer.
