Kiss Kiss Fails to Credit Gold After Multiple Purchases

On Sunday, October 26, I experienced a problem with my Kiss Kiss account with ID 45115714. Even though I purchased a $2 USD package four times through Google Play, the gold was not credited to my account. In addition, due to an incorrect $2 USD refund, a ban was applied to my account, and my account was closed.

I did not make this mistake intentionally, and as a VIP Level 10 user, I believe it is unfair for my account to be penalized in this way. Although I have experienced a similar issue in the past, this time there was no deliberate or abusive action on my part. I contacted both Kiss Kiss customer support and Google Play support, but neither was able to help me.

I request that the penalty applied due to the incorrect refund be removed and that my account be reopened as soon as possible.
