Kiss Kiss Game Missing Features Despite VIP Level

I play the Kiss Kiss game on my Redmi 13 phone. I log in using my Google account. I am currently VIP Level 2, and so far I have spent approximately $30–$40 in the game. Despite this, some features that my friends have do not appear on my account. In particular, music options and profile frames are available on my friends’ accounts but missing from mine. In addition, when I enter the Truth or Dare room, I constantly receive a “room is full” error even though the room is not actually full.

After talking with my friends, I noticed that they have more features and visual add-ons than I do, and it feels as if my account is behind or not fully updated. I downloaded the game from the Play Store, and my in-game username is “gasanov.”

I tried sending feedback through the game, but I did not receive any clear response. I request that, in line with my VIP level and in-game spending, the music options, profile frames, and other in-game features available to my friends also be activated on my account, and that the Truth or Dare room access issue be reviewed and fixed. I want to play the game fully and smoothly, under the same conditions as other players.
