I recently bought a coat from the Mango website and got a message that it had been shipped. But five days later, I got a notice that the order couldn't be filled because the item was out of stock. The email said that, depending on how I paid the first time, I would get my money back. I was upset by this dishonest act, especially since the coat was still listed as available on the website.
