Mango Lost My Return, They Won't Refund My Pants
I ordered two pairs of pants from their website, and since they were too big, I returned them. However, after I sent them back, I received no email or message from the cargo company confirming the return.
The cargo company claims they delivered the pants to a Mango representative, but Mango is now denying receipt! I'm caught in the middle of this blame game, and my refund is nowhere to be seen. This is completely unacceptable.
Mango, you need to process my refund for the returned pants immediately! You are responsible for accepting returns and ensuring the process is seamless. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Rights Association.
