Mango Cancelled My Order Due to Stock Issues but Still Lists the Item on Their Website
Two weeks ago, I bought a beautiful coat from Mango eager to wear it for a forthcoming occasion. When I checked my order status, though, I was surprised to find it had been canceled and reimbursed without any justification. Several times using their chat system, I contacted customer service; but, it felt as though I was interacting with an artificial intelligence rather than a human. After relentless interrogation, I at last received an answer: the coat had run out by the time my purchase was ready for delivery. The fact that the coat is still on sale on their website irritates me most! Why they let consumers order clearly non-in-stock things is beyond me. This seems like misleading advertising, and it has been quite aggravating.
