The email I received claimed that I had requested a refund, which is completely untrue. This is unacceptable. I checked your website immediately after receiving the cancellation email, and the dress was still in stock. However, the discount was removed, and it is now being sold at twice the price I originally paid. Why are you offering a discount on an item you do not intend to deliver?
