Mango Charged Me for an Out-of-Stock Item, Refund Still Pending
I placed an order through Mango's online store for an item that was shown as in stock. However, after they charged my card and confirmed the order, I received a message saying, "This item is no longer in stock." They informed me that my payment would be refunded in the coming days.
It’s frustrating and unacceptable for Mango to misrepresent stock availability and hold my money for an item they can’t deliver. This practice feels deceptive, and it’s causing unnecessary inconvenience. I demand an immediate refund and expect Mango to improve their inventory accuracy to prevent such issues in the future. Customers deserve transparency and timely service.
