Mango Canceled My Jacket Order Days Later Claiming No Stock

On November 23, I purchased a jacket from Mango’s online store. After paying for the order, it was left on hold for days without any updates, and then on November 30 it was unilaterally canceled on the grounds that the item was out of stock. My order number is EUAX1S.

Canceling an item that appeared in stock at the time of purchase—and for which I paid—days later due to “no stock” has caused both inconvenience and a loss of time. During this process, I did not speak with Mango customer service; aside from the cancellation notice, I was not offered any solution or alternative.

I request that the jacket I paid for be delivered to me under the conditions originally agreed upon at the time of purchase. If the item cannot be sourced, I expect a reasonable solution and explanation to address the inconvenience caused.
