After 20 days, Mango still hasn't processed my refund

Mango has me completely and utterly aggravated at the moment. It's been 20 days since I returned an item I purchased from them, and I still haven't been refunded. And to top it all off, I have been unable to reach anyone in customer service. What kind of business doesn't care enough about its customers to provide adequate support? When I got back to the shop where I'd made the purchase, they informed me that the refund had been processed but that the bank still hadn't deducted the fee. When I asked about the refund at the bank, however, they said they hadn't received anything. Exactly what is going on, then? I'm getting tired of this argument. My only request is a refund. Mango has been unorganized and needs to explain the status of my refund. To take my money and run is unacceptable. We can't have that. I need the info right now.
