Mango Stole My Money, My Order Vanished

I bought a bag from their website, and my order initially showed as "accepted." But the very next day, my shopping cart displayed, "Your cart is empty"! To make matters worse, the money was already debited from my bank account, and my bank confirms there's no issue on their end.
Why did this happen? When I called customer service, they told me, "You have no order," and then refused to even accept my email address for communication. This is completely unacceptable. My money is gone, the order has vanished, and I'm being denied any support.
Mango, you need to rectify this immediately! Locate my missing order or refund the money stolen from my bank account. This is an urgent matter, and I demand a swift resolution and proper customer service.
