I purchased a bridal product during Madame Coco’s November campaign at a great price. However, Hepsijet courier, unable to deliver it, returned the item to Madame Coco without notifying me. Despite repeatedly calling Madame Coco to request they resend the item and explaining that it is no longer in stock, my concerns were ignored. They refunded the product against my wishes, leaving me without an essential item for my bridal preparations.

This situation has caused unnecessary stress and wasted hours during an important time in my life. I expect Madame Coco to address this issue urgently by locating and delivering the product or offering a suitable resolution. I feel deeply disappointed by their lack of support.
