I purchased a blanket from Madame Coco and decided to wash it before using it. After the first wash, the blanket began shedding excessive lint, leaving my entire home covered in fluff. The shedding is so severe that the blanket is unusable. When I approached Madame Coco for assistance, their staff refused to offer a replacement, stating that returns or exchanges were not possible. However, they failed to mention this policy clearly at the time of purchase. I believe that given the poor quality of the product, they are obligated to accept the return. I am extremely disappointed and urge Madame Coco to take responsibility and provide a replacement or refund immediately.
