I ordered 4 bed linens from Madame Coco on October 1, 2024, and it's been 11 days, but they still haven't arrived. Madame Coco and Hepsijet customer service haven't helped with the problem. My order number is 2725782592421284, and the Hepsijet tracking number indicates that the package has been in transfer since October 3rd, 427108024117. I have to write this complaint because my issue still hasn't been sorted out. I need a quick fix for this issue. It's really frustrating that such a simple problem hasn't been dealt with quickly.
