I ordered the Laurent 4-piece glass set from Madame Coco through their website, hoping for a quick and convenient shopping experience. Unfortunately, one of the glasses arrived completely shattered. I didn’t expect to have to deal with broken items after paying for new ones.
I immediately tried to reach customer service, but it was impossible to get through. Instead of connecting me to a real person, I was stuck talking to their AI system, which kept looping with useless responses. It never gave me the option to talk to an actual support agent.
I don’t have the time to deal with complicated return processes—that’s exactly why I ordered online in the first place. I’m asking Madame Coco to take responsibility and simply replace the damaged glass. I paid for a full, intact set, and that’s what I deserve. Please send a replacement right away and fix your broken support system while you're at it.
Madame Coco's lack of quality has once again become apparent. I returned the broken product and bought 2 new boxes, and as if mocking me, they probably deliberately put even more broken items this time. This is nothing but nonsense, I will complain about you everywhere I can. You will see what it means to waste people's time.
