I ordered some items from Madame Coco for my upcoming wedding, but when the delivery came, a few items were missing, and one was damaged. I've made several attempts to contact customer service for help, but I haven't been able to connect with anyone who can address this problem. This experience has been truly disheartening, particularly since these items were intended for a significant event.
