Madame Coco Will Not Give a Refund for the Dinner Set
I purchased a dinner set from the Madame Coco website. There seems to be some confusion with our order. Instead of receiving the product we ordered, we were sent a different dinner set. The product was returned via PTT on 13-07-2014. Madame Coco received the product on 16-07-2024. We have been in contact with customer service for the past week. The refund has been processed and we received confirmation via email on 29-07-2024 that your refund will be issued promptly. Unfortunately, the fee will not be refunded. Every day I call customer service, there is always a new explanation. According to some sources, it is advised to contact your bank as they have processed the refund. There is some disagreement regarding the status of the refund, as it has been finalized but not yet processed. Someone else claims that there has been an update in the systems, which is preventing me from accessing the information.
