I have a complaint about the broken dinnerware set I received from Madame Coco. On the evening of January 10, 2025, I placed an order for a dinnerware set with Order Number: 2813020084023340. Surprisingly, my order was delivered incredibly fast, arriving at around 12:00 on January 11, 2025. However, 4 plates, including 2 dessert plates and 2 serving plates, were broken. The packaging of the dinnerware set was completely inadequate. Fragile items should not be packaged so carelessly. I urgently request that the broken plates be replaced and sent to me. When I checked complaints on Xolvie, I noticed numerous similar issues with broken items, which clearly shows that Madame Coco has not taken sufficient precautions. Fragile products should be wrapped in protective materials like bubble wrap, not just marked with "Fragile" on the box. The fact that couriers are generally careless about fragile items only adds to the problem. This situation has left me so frustrated that I no longer intend to shop at Madame Coco. I tried contacting the call center multiple times, but the automated system didn’t connect me to a representative. It feels like I’m trying to contact NASA for a simple issue. I expect Madame Coco to resolve this matter promptly by contacting me using the phone number linked to my order. It is unfair that I have to spend my time and effort dealing with the consequences of their negligence. Please address this issue and provide a resolution without further delay.
