MAC Cosmetics Eye Kohl Caused Severe Eye Irritation

On February 2, 2025, I purchased several products from a MAC Cosmetics stand, including the Eye Kohl brown eyeliner. That same day, I applied the product, removed my makeup in the evening, and went to bed.

The next morning, I woke up with severe redness, burning, and irritation in both eyes. The discomfort was so intense that I had to visit an eye doctor, who confirmed it was an allergic reaction caused by the eyeliner. As a result, I missed work and had to take multiple medications to treat the symptoms. My doctor also stated that the reaction would last for several days, and I have a medical report as proof.

MAC Cosmetics, how is this possible? I need a clear explanation, and I expect immediate action regarding this issue. A product meant for eye application should not cause such a severe reaction. Please respond as soon as possible!
