Maybelline Tattoo Eye Liner Allergic Reaction

Maybelline tattoo eyeliner blue. Used once and within a few hours my were red and uncomfortable. Even though washed off the reaction was worse the next morning with bloodshot watery eyes. I looked awful. How do I go about making a complaint and getting my money back? Really disappointing as I like other Maybelline products.
