I recently purchased a Mac mascara, expecting a high-quality product from such a globally recognized brand. However, as soon as I applied the mascara, I began experiencing severe sensitivity and allergic reactions in my eyes. My eyes started burning intensely and tearing uncontrollably, making it impossible to use the product.
This is unacceptable for a product marketed as safe and suitable for sensitive areas like the eyes. I trusted the brand’s reputation, but instead, I am now dealing with discomfort, redness, and irritation every time I try to use the mascara.
