I recently purchased a Mac mascara, expecting a high-quality product from such a globally recognized brand. However, as soon as I applied the mascara, I began experiencing severe sensitivity and allergic reactions in my eyes. I urgently request immediate support from Mac Cosmetics regarding this issue. I expect a full explanation of whether this product is safe for sensitive eyes, along with a refund or a replacement suitable for sensitive use.
