How to Recover a Hacked Konami eFootball Mobile Account

I am a Konami eFootball mobile player from Kenya and I can no longer access my account on my iPhone because I believe it has been hacked. About a month ago I logged into my account from a new device, and shortly after that someone appears to have changed the Gmail address linked to my account without my permission. Since then I have been unable to log in on mobile and I do not have access to the email that is now connected to the account. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, the unauthorized email change be reversed if possible, and that my access to the account be restored and secured.
