Broken Mac Powder on First Use and No Support From Store or Customer Service

I recently purchased a Mac powder from one of their stores, and to my frustration, the product was already broken. On my very first use, the powder completely shattered in my hands, making it unusable.

When I went back to the store, the staff told me I needed to contact customer service. However, when I called customer service, they said they had already referred the matter back to the store. This endless back-and-forth between the store and customer service is extremely unprofessional and time-wasting.

As a long-time loyal Mac customer, I expected better treatment. Instead, I was left with a broken product and no real solution. It is disappointing that a brand like Mac does not stand behind its products and fails to provide proper customer support when problems arise.

I demand a replacement or refund for the defective powder and expect Mac to take responsibility rather than passing customers around between store and customer service.
