Mac Cosmetics Employee Gave Me the Wrong Product

I visited Mac Cosmetics and specifically requested a matte lipstick, but the employee gave me a glossy one instead. This was a careless mistake, and it’s extremely frustrating every time I use it, knowing it’s not what I wanted. I contacted their support, left a complaint, and waited for a response, but I haven’t received any follow-up. I expect a brand like Mac to be more attentive and responsive to customer concerns. This oversight and lack of customer service do not reflect well on such a reputable brand. I hope Mac Cosmetics addresses this and provides a solution promptly.
