Broken Bath & Body Works Candles Arrived, No Support for Replacement

I have been a loyal customer of Bath & Body Works for years, always satisfied with their products—until now. Recently, I purchased four large candles, one of the most expensive items in their collection. To my disappointment, two of them arrived shattered despite supposedly "protected" packaging. Since the glass containers are completely broken, the candles are unusable. What am I supposed to do with shattered products? If I wanted ordinary candles, I could have bought them from a supermarket.
I contacted customer service expecting a resolution, but there was none. I was told they couldn't help me, no replacement or refund offered. Is this my fault? I paid for these items, and now I'm left with broken, useless products. Bath & Body Works claims to value customer satisfaction, but my experience says otherwise. This lack of accountability and poor service is unacceptable from a brand that prides itself on quality. Where's the difference between you and a neighborhood store if you don't take responsibility?
