Louis Vuitton Shoes Peeling and Discoloring After Just Two Wears

I bought a pair of Louis Vuitton shoes and, despite wearing them only twice, they started peeling and discoloring at the front edges. Fifteen days after my purchase, I went to the store and was told they would get back to me. After visiting the store three times and waiting two and a half months, they finally responded, blaming it on "user error." It's ridiculous—I won't buy from this brand again. We spend so much money expecting quality. I've been telling everyone that they don't stand behind their products. For the record, I only used a damp cloth to dust the shoes.
