My Louis Vuitton Leather Bracelet Fell Apart in 6 Months
I'm extremely disappointed with Louis Vuitton, a company ranked among the world's top 100. My LV leather bracelet disintegrated within just 6 months, and their response was absurdly inadequate. This company clearly isn't capable of providing service that matches their high prices.
I purchased a men's leather bracelet from Louis Vuitton in Athens, which quickly peeled and fell apart despite only being worn once a month. When I returned to the Athens store, they promised to email me information, but never did. Back in Istanbul, I visited the Istinyepark and Zorlu LV stores, but neither offered a solution. Frustrated, I went to the Nişantaşı branch, visibly upset, and demanded a resolution. Again, they refused to take the product back, only offering to photograph it and send it to headquarters for review.
I've realized LV is a problematic company. I can no longer recommend this brand or its products to anyone. I've stopped buying their items and even ceased using my older LV products. They've left me feeling cheated and embarrassed for spending my money with them.
I believe LV will fall from its top 100 ranking. I intend to share my experience across all platforms.
