Louis Vuitton Bag Strap Issue Left Unresolved After 5 Months of Waiting


I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag a year ago, only to discover that the strap was faulty. I returned it to request a replacement, and for 5 months, I was strung along with no resolution. Finally, after numerous apologies, I was handed what I thought was a new strap in a box. Trusting the brand, I didn’t check it right away. But when I went to use the bag again, I realized they had given me back the same defective strap I originally sent in! After 5 months of waiting, I was handed back the very same faulty strap. This is highly disappointing, and my issue still hasn’t been resolved! Louis Vuitton, this is not the service I expected from such a renowned brand!
