Louis Vuitton Shoes Exchange Problem Unresolved

On July 1, 2023, I purchased a pair of unworn Louis Vuitton shoes from the Yalıkavak Marina store in Bodrum. However, when I attempted to exchange them, I was told they had been worn. The store seems to prioritize tourists and lacks adequate attention to local customers. Despite the shoes being unworn, my request for an exchange was denied by the so-called store manager, Y***.
I expect better customer service and professionalism, especially from a brand like Louis Vuitton. I will be documenting my complaint everywhere and may request a review of the store's security footage to support my case. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.
