Bought Prada Leather Shoes — Got a Used Pair Instead of New

On 07.11.2025 I purchased “Brushed leather lace-up shoes” (order code PRA_TRPRAB7897PO) from the Prada store at İstinyePark in Istanbul, via mail-order, and paid 49,800 with my credit card. I received the shoes from the store the same day. However, when I opened the box, I discovered scratches all over the shoes — they looked like a previously worn (display) pair. I’ve been shopping at Prada for years, and this is the first time I have had a problem like this. The shoe box, receipt, and all accessories are still intact.
I request a return of the product. Receiving such a defective item from a brand like Prada has been a major disappointment. I expected more meticulous quality control from such a luxury brand.
